Checking Firmware Updates

In the Smart Shades app open Device Settings > Troubleshooting > Check for Firmware Update

2.2.9 (2021-09-01)

  • Fixed a bug: Sunset calculation failed for certain timezones and returned a trigger time in the wrong day. This caused triggers based on offset from sunset to fail. This has been fixed now.
  • Fixed a bug: When controlling the device from the Connect HTTP API and using the "stop" command position feedback would get out of sync. When issuing a stop command the actual position where the motor stopped is now written to the HTTP API. When "up" or "down" commands are used the position will first be updated to be 0 or 100 but when the motor stops the correct position will be updated.
